This particular artwork was inspired by my trip to Kancing Waterfalls in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Hiking through the forest led me to one of the seven waterfalls where the pools were littered with humongous logs. I’d figured that it was probably a large fallen tree that was sawed into huge chunks and left around the waterfall to form pathways for the visitors.
Peeking into the logs led to a little exciting discovery! Apparently we weren’t the only ones who were enjoying splashing around the cool waters. Looks very much like a tree frog judging by the shape and the overall size 🐸 This little guy was found chilling between the split in the logs and continued to remain there until I decided to make a move first to find the next waterfall along the trail.
